Rabiya Mammadova: “It was done as planned”
Public activist Rabiya Mammadova says her mother, Basti Mammadova, 59, was beaten as planned. Speaking to Meydan TV, the public activist said that the incident took place on June 3 in Binagadi district, in the territory of Housing and Communal Services 102.
According to Rabiya Mammadova, Sevil Manafova attacked her mother and seriously injured her:
“She was hit in the head with a bag. He kicked her in the knee several times. His knees ached from the beginning, as his colleagues knew. He deliberately hit those districts as well. My mother has bruises on her face, legs and shoulders. ”
The public activist says there are cameras in the area where the incident took place. June 3, Binagadi district, 5th police section complaint They also demanded that the cameras be photographed and inspected.
Basti Mammadova underwent an examination on June 4. Also to the Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics medical appealed for help.
Rabiya Mammadova added that Sevil Manafova was her mother’s colleague. Both of them work in Housing and Communal Services 102:
“She arrived in September last year. My mother has been subjected to various forms of pressure in the past due to my public activities. ”
The public activist is also complaining about Elnur Nasirov, an engineer of Housing and Communal Services Department No. 102:
“When Sevil attacked, this person kicked my mother’s bag and did not try to separate it. When my mother was beaten, she shouted at him, “You do it.” When the other man beat my mother and calmed down, he called her back and said, “Come back.” He came back and beat my mother a second time. ”
Sevil Manafova also complained about Basti Mammadova, claiming that she had been beaten by her. He also passed the examination on June 4.
“The incident took place right under the security camera. Let them show the images, who is guilty. When we went for the examination, we saw that the woman had already been brought before us. The analysis of the processes shows that the beating of my mother was not the work of one person, but carried out in a pre-planned manner, “said Rabiya Mammadova.
