“In accordance with the international norms and principles of the criminal case, by conducting a comprehensive, complete and objective investigation, the necessary measures are being taken to determine the circle of the guilty and bring them to criminal responsibility,” the General Prosecutor’s Office said.
After the incident, 8 people were detained as suspects.
