Problems of the nameless neighborhood

In a residential area near the Karabakh settlement of Ismayilli district, where about a hundred families live, light, gasno internet.

Nariman Eyvaz oghlu Shukurov, a resident of that neighborhood, told Meydan TV about this. According to him, the neighborhood has no name.

“In the 21st century, we live in an area without electricity, gas, and internet. The roads are bad, imagine driving for miles to dial a phone number. In winter, our situation becomes even more difficult. We spend what we earn on firewood and garbage,” the complainant said.

Nariman Shukurov said that some of the settlements lack electricity, water, gas tries to draw the line, but it cannot solve the problem of the whole neighborhood:

“The neighborhood was built a long time ago, new houses were built. But because there are no utilities, many people cannot move. Those who live in poverty also suffer. We can’t watch TV, after communicating with someone from the world events news we hold It’s like we’re in some African country.”

Residents of the neighborhood say that they applied to “Azerigas”, “Azerishiq” and other relevant authorities. But they need light to the nameless neighborhood, unregistered houses, gas they said it was impossible to draw the line.

Residents say that a snowy winter is coming. They will be without heat again. Some will take refuge in a nearby relative’s house, and some will spend every penny on firewood.

Ismayilli District Execution Authorities told Meydan TV that they were aware of the problem in that area:

“Those houses were built on municipal land. Mostly there mandatory settlers were settled. Later, someone built houses.”
