Ismayil Kahramanov’s brother Ibrahim Kahramanov told Meydan TV that since October 6, his brother was tortured in the 36th unit. The Ministry of Internal Affairs also commented on what happened.

“An investigation is being conducted into the allegations of the beating of a person suspected of theft in the 36th police station,” the Ministry’s Press Service responded.
