Two people were hit by landmines in Lachin

The injured were taken to the hospital

On October 21, two people engaged in repair and construction works – Elsever Hamidov and Sabuhi Hasanov – were hit by a mine in Suarasi village of Lachin region. They were injured as a result of a mine explosion.

The incident happened around 19:00.

Aslan Giyaslı, the chief inspector of the Barda regional group of the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, told Meydan TV that the policemen and the Internal Troops who were injured in the vicinity military took the servants to the hospital: “They are being treated now.”

Lachin District Prosecutor’s Office has already started investigations into the incident. The prosecutor’s office released information about this.
