A man who opened fake profiles in the name of his colleague was arrested

A 35-year-old man who opened numerous fake profiles in the name of his co-worker in Baku imprisonment was done.

A protocol was opened under Article 510 (Petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Offenses against Rauf Samadli (both first and last names are conditional), who works in a private company operating in Narimanov district of the capital. So, R. Samadli’s co-worker Fariza Garibova to the police complaint said that Rauf opened several pages in her name on Facebook, shared her mobile number and photos and presented her as an immoral woman. After this the police employees detained R. Samadli and drew up a report on him. Later, he was sent to the Narimanov District Court together with the protocol.

Judge At the meeting chaired by Gultekin Asadova, F. Garibova said that Rauf annoyed her: “The person I used to know and work with has my photos and mobile number in social networks opened various fake profiles and insulted me and my family with inappropriate expressions. Despite my repeated warnings about this, he shared my photos without my permission and presented them as immoral. He even hit me several times. I am currently complaining.”

Rauf Samadli said that he took such a step because he loved Fariza: “I was jealous because I loved him. This is the reason for the misunderstanding between us. I regret what I did.”

By the decision of the court to R. Samadli 10 per day administrative imprisonment he was sentenced and sent to a temporary detention center. (Caucasusinfo)
