During the dispute, Sarraf hit his father with his fist and a stick used in the yard. In order to punish his son, N. Vahabov took out a knife from his pocket and hit him in the heart. As a result, his son died without being satisfied.

Court N. Vahabov, who testified, said that his son was a drug addict:

“On the day of the incident, when I came home from the market and put what I bought in the kitchen, his son was on the other side of the house. Later, my son came to me, his eyes were red at that time. At one point Sarraf hit me on the head, my head bled. When I went outside to wash the blood, he came from behind and started hitting me with a shovel. I was injured everywhere. I went to the balcony of the house to get rid of my son, and Sarraf followed me. When my son came at me, the knife sank into him. All this happened in two minutes. Every day 20I was drinking 0 grams of vodka, at the time of the incident there was no one at home except for the two of us. I did not know that he was seriously injured. After the incident, I waited right there, and when the police arrived, I left with them. I am very sorry for what I did.”

The wife of the victim also testified in the court. She said that her husband was a drug addict, and her father-in-law was an alcoholic. According to the woman, Sarraf Vahabov repeatedly beat her and her family members under the influence of drugs, and his mother mandatory got money.

Chesminaz Vahabova, who was interrogated as a witness in the court, said that when she entered the house on the day of the incident, she saw her son and her husband fighting, but she did not know how Sarraf was stabbed:

“I just saw that my son had a heart attack. The cashier told me, “Mom, my father shot me in the heart.” Seeing that blood was coming from between his fingers, I poured the water on Saffar and told him not to be afraid, nothing will happen to him.
