At least 162 people died in the earthquake in Indonesia
At least 162 people died and more than 300 people were injured in the earthquake that occurred last Sunday on the island of Java, Indonesia. The strength of the earthquake 10 the score was 5.6 on the Richter scale.
Up to 14,000 Javanese were left homeless and settled in camps.
Governor of West Java Province Ridvan Kamil told the media that the number of dead and injured may increase. Rescue operations are ongoing.
