Lankaran resident Samig Huseynov tells Meydan TV that in the region social there are many problems, but one of the biggest problems of the population in the villages is the roads.

As soon as it rains, most of the central streets are filled with water, and the sewage system is not strong enough. There are such puddles in the central streets that people are forced to wear rubber boots,” said local residents.
