Greek police investigate Ryanair passenger plane with bomb threat

ATHENS, 22 january (Reuters) – Sunday the police Athens International Weather A Ryanair (RYA.I) passenger plane landing at its airport was searched for suspicious items after receiving a bomb threat warning, the police officials said.

The pilot of the Boeing 737, which was carrying about 190 passengers and crew, had earlier alerted authorities to a possible explosive device on board, one of the officials said.

Later the police searched passengers as they were disembarking and their luggage was lined up outside the plane.
