DUBAI, Feb 4 (Reuters) – Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said on Saturday he hoped sanctions and a lack of investment would not result in energy supply shortages.

“All these sanctions, embargoes, lack of investment, will boil down to one thing and one thing only, the lack of any kind of energy supply when it is most needed,” the minister told an industry conference in Riyadh.

Prince Abdulaziz said these words while answering the question about how the sanctions will affect the oil market
