29-year-old Turkan Hadiyeva lives in Khazar district of Baku.

Whenever he gets a chance, he and his mother go to collect wood, garbage, rubber, firewood from the streets and garbage dumps.

Turkan Hadiyeva, who lost her husband four years ago, now lives with her parents with her five-year-old son.

She says the family of four survives on the allowance she and her son receive.
