February 26 (Reuters) – Russia UNA top diplomat in the United States on Sunday accused the West of “cowboy” methods and “twisting its arms” by some countries during last week’s United Nations General Assembly vote to demand Moscow withdraw its troops from Ukraine.

Dmitry Polyansky, the deputy ambassador of Russia to the UN, said on the Telegram messaging platform, “The methods of achieving the result are still ‘cowboy’.”
