CHITTOOR, India, March 1 (Reuters) – India’s Andhra Pradesh state Apple ( AAPL.O ) supplier Foxlink has launched an investigation into the cause of a fire at its factory that destroyed part of the building and halted production. a government official said on Wednesday.
Foxlink’s ( 2392.TW ) plant in the southern state of the country, which makes charging cables for iPhone phones, was engulfed in a massive fire on Monday, but there were no casualties. Fire department at the factory fire said that most of the safety equipment was not working.
