March 3 (Reuters) – Bitcoin was down 5.2% at 2204 GMT on Friday from its previous close of 1213 dollars lost and fell to 22,253 dollars.

Bitcoin, the world’s largest and most popular cryptocurrency, has fallen 11.9% from its year-high of $25,270 on February 16.

Ether, a coin linked to the Ethereum blockchain network, is up 87.1 from Friday’s previous close dollars losing 5.3% to $1,560.9.
