HOUSTON, March 6 (Reuters) – Brazilian state oil company Petrobras ( PETR4.SA ) and Norwegian energy provider Equinor ( EQNR.OL ) said on Monday they had signed an agreement to evaluate the development of seven wind projects offshore Brazil.
