“Fortunately, there were no casualties. There are restrictions on electricity.”

Kharkiv Oleh Synehubov, governor of the province, said that the city and the region were hit by about 15 strikes.

“The enemy hit the city and the district about 15 times,” he said on Telegram. “Infrastructure was again among the targets. The information about the losses is being clarified.”
