Nausėda congratulates St. Easter: Let’s share love, stay true to kindness and sensitive humanity

“The long-awaited joyful Easter morning reminds us that the light has already defeated the darkness, that nothing will stop the resurrected life.

Today we celebrate what we believe and what we know – truth always defeats lies, freedom defeats oppression, and sooner or later the victory of good dawns in the history created by people,” reads the President’s Easter greeting issued by the Presidency.

G. Nausėda adds that he wants to wish everyone to protect the wonderful feature of the Lithuanian nation – a sharp intolerance to anger and injustice.

“Let’s celebrate everything that gives our lives more dignity and hope. Dear ones, may the joy of the holy Easter include everyone – big and small, may the festive mood spread in our families. Let’s protect each other, let’s share love, let’s stay true to kindness and sensitive humanity. Because no enemies can overcome the power of love”, said G. Nausėda in his Easter greeting.
