Military experts: Russians keep trying this trick

The Russians keep trying this trick, hoping to draw at least part of the Ukrainian forces away from the Bakhmut sector. The Ukrainians successfully defended themselves.

Avdijivka – Marijinka. The Russians continue to throw large forces to cut off Avdijivka from the north (Stepovye – Novokalinovye) and west (Severne), but these efforts have been unsuccessful.

In the Pervomaiske section, the Ukrainians maintained their positions, positional battles dominate.

In the Marijinka section, the Russians concentrated their efforts trying to break through the Ukrainian defenses in the settlement. As could be guessed – unsuccessfully.

Vuhledar. In response to yesterday’s local attacks by the Ukrainians, the Russians launched an offensive on the western flank of the sector, that is, in Prechistivka. The attack ended in failure, the artillery of both sides is working.

Russian war propagandists are sad to report that the Ukrainians are not short of ammunition in this sector.

In the Zaporizhia and Southern directions, most of the work is for scouts and artillerymen. At the same time, the Russians organized suicide drone strikes in the cities of Odessa, Zaporizhia and Dnipro.
