July 30 it is proposed to hold the election of a member of the Seimas in the Raseiniai-Kėdainiai electoral district

The voters of the Raseiniai-Kėdainiai electoral district lost their elected member of the Seimas, Arvydas Nekrošius, who became the mayor of the Raseiniai district.

With Union of Lithuanian Peasants and Greens (LVŽS) the mandate of A. Nekrošius, a member of the Seimas, ended on Wednesday, April 19. The MP, who was the mayor, started working on the day of his oath – Thursday, April 20.

ELTA reminds that a total of 27 parliamentarians sought the mayoral post in the municipal elections, but only one won it – the candidate of the Lithuanian Peasants and Greens Union (LVŽS). Arvydas Nekrošius.
