Military experts: Russian actions are already bearing fruit

Experts point out that NATO Secretary General J. Stoltenberg during his visit to Ukraine, he stated that “Ukraine’s place in the Alliance. The time will come, we will help Ukraine to take this place.”

Knowing the caution of Westerners, this is more than a positive message.

The visit is currently taking place on the eve of the Ramstein meeting and is likely intended to smooth over sharper corners between the Alliance and Ukraine (such as the F-16 handover).

“Meanwhile, the international criminal V. Putin has gleaned new pearls of inferiority complex. He stated that during his visit to Crimea and the Luhansk region, he did not visit the soldiers and officers on the front lines because he “did not want to distract them from their work.” It would have been better to keep quiet,” experts write.

Cremation. One gets the impression that the Russian attack in the forests southwest of Kremina is starting to stall.

It is not excluded that the aggressor will regroup forces and resume the attack again with new strength. In the reserve sector, he still has. At the same time, information appeared about increasing Ukrainian counterattacks in the Plošchanka – Chervonopopivka section.

Probably, they are trying to distract the aggressor’s forces from Kremina and press the northern flank of the Russian group Dibrova.

Lisichiansk. The Russians continue to put intense pressure on the Ukrainian units near Spirna. War propagandists have already announced that the Ukrainians have allegedly left this settlement. The truth is that Spirnė continues to be a “nobody”, so the situation has not changed.

Bachmut. In the Chromovė – Bohdanivka section, the Russians managed to make a small advance near Chromovė.

This does not fundamentally change the situation, but the renewed pressure of the aggressor here two days ago is beginning to bear fruit.

In Bakhmut, the Ukrainians likely retreated to the western side of the railway line. The section east of the railway (Kovalska – Sadova street line to the railway) is 2-3 km. in width and 600 m. in depth The Ukrainians defended this small section for two weeks, inflicting huge losses on the aggressor.

Seeing that they could no longer hold these positions, the defenders remained true to their tactics – they retreated to a new line of defense. It cannot be ruled out that they will try to counterattack and disrupt the Russian plans to develop the attack further.

In the southern part of the Chasiv Yar-Ivanivske road, the Russian plan to squeeze Chasiv Yar with pliers from the east and west is obviously stalling. The Russian paratroopers who stormed Ivanivsk encountered intense Ukrainian resistance and logistical problems on the first day of the attack (the tanks began to run out of ammunition).

After two days of banging their heads against the wall, today their attack in this section is only local in nature. The aggressor is likely to regroup. Meanwhile, there is still some strength left in the western group – the Russians continue to attack towards Predtečnė. True, they can’t achieve any results here either.

Avdijivka – Marijinka. Battles continue in the fortified defense area in Avdijivka. On the northern flank, the Russians continue to fail to advance, the pace of the attack slows down. Meanwhile, on the western flank near the Severne, the aggressor managed to move slightly.

In the section of Pervomaiske, Ukrainian units repelled Russian attacks towards Nevelska and Pervomaiske.

In the Marijinka section, the attack of the occupiers resumed with new force, and the aggressor again began to attack towards Pobeda.

“A lot of ripping cotton panties, but as always there are no results – the Ukrainians kept their positions,” the experts write in the review.

Vuhledar. Local clashes continue in the Prečystivka – Pavlivka section. Both sides launch attacks when they find an opportunity. It seems that the Ukrainians are trying to take the initiative.

In the direction of Zaporizhia, the aggressor organized a series of attacks in the Huliajpole section, they managed to make a slight advance in “no man’s land”.

It is very likely that such actions of the Russians are related to an attempt to take better positions against the upcoming counterattack of the Ukrainian forces.

At the same time, attacks are carried out around the road Huliajpolė – Dorožnianka – Pohai. It is very likely that the occupiers are trying to take the starting positions of the Ukrainians by attacking towards one of the most likely targets for the start of the attack, i.e. Polokhi, and thus disrupt the plans of the Ukrainian forces.

In the southern direction, the artillerymen of both sides are working, there are no major changes.
