In a year and a half, about 220 employees of the "military enlistment offices" were brought to justice

Over the past year and a half, 218 employees of the Azerbaijani State Service for Mobilization and Conscription have been brought to various measures of responsibility, the message of the civil service.

As a result of official inspections against officials who violated the requirements of the law, 78 employees were subjected to serious disciplinary penalties last year, and in the first half of 2024 140 employees were subjected to serious disciplinary penalties.

In 2023, materials on 15 facts against 22 people, and in 2024 – on 25 facts against 47 people were sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office. In order to avoid abuses in conscription, by order of the President of Azerbaijan, from July 1 this year, conclusions on the suitability for conscription for health reasons will be issued by the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise under the Ministry of Labor.
