Bad news for the owner of the scandalous building in the Dunes of Palanga

On September 27, Palanga City Municipality received an unappealable ruling from the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, which once again confirmed that the actions of the Palanga Municipality Administration in not meeting the wishes of businessmen here and now in Kunigiškii, in the dunes, to have a building for recreational purposes, are legal and comply with the legislation. After rejecting the applicants’ appeal, the Court upheld the decision made last spring by the panel of judges of the Klaipėda Chamber of the Regions District Administrative Court, which states in black and white that the actions of the defendant, ie the Palanga municipality administration, are justified.
