Landsbergis: only the attitude of the West will depend on how other authoritarian regimes will plan their actions

“Currently, the response of all of us to Russia due to the war against Ukraine, which has been going on for more than a year and a half, is also being watched by other authoritarian regimes, and how they project their actions depends on our joint strength. I believe that this historic meeting of ministers of the EU countries in Kyiv means our very serious commitment to continue the development of the European Union and continuous military assistance to Kyiv”, G. Landsbergis noted at the informal meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of the European Union (EU) held in Kyiv.

An informal meeting of EU foreign ministers is being held in Ukraine for the first time. Ministers discussed support for Ukraine and security commitments and how to encourage other countries’ support for the Ukrainian President’s Peace Formula. During the visit, the head of the Lithuanian diplomacy met with the President of Ukraine V. Zelenskius, Prime Minister D. Shmyhalis, O. Stefanyshina for Ukraine’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
