Turkish hotels to keep all-inclusive system in place

Turkish hotels won’t reject the all-inclusive system once complete lockdown is lifted in the country, a representative of the Turkish Hoteliers Federation said, Report informs, citing TASS.

“The buffet system cannot be canceled in Turkey, but restaurants in hotels can make changes in the number, variety, and type of presentation of dishes. But they can only do this with the agreement of tour operators,” the Federation said.

This information was also confirmed to TASS by another source in the tourism industry. According to it, this year, “from the point of view of sanitary conditions, guests will still not be able to put their preferred dishes in restaurants on their own plates.”

“Instead, this will be done by restaurant employees. This is done so that guests do not touch the same utensils. This approach is more appropriate in terms of ensuring the safety of the health of tourists in Turkey,” the source explained.
