Turkish ombudsman to visit Azerbaijan

Turkey’s Chief Ombudsman Seref Malkoc will arrive in Baku today, the Turkish Embassy to Azerbaijan told Report.

On September 15, Malkoc will take part in the events marking the 103rd anniversary since the Islamic Army of the Caucasus liberated Baku from occupation.
