Internet broadcasters can obtain license under amendments to bill “On Media”

Persons broadcasting audiovisual programs directly via the Internet will only be able to obtain a platform broadcaster’s license upon their own request.

Report informs that this is reflected in the amendment to the bill “On Media” under the third reading.

The bill, previously adopted in the first and second readings, did not contain such an article.
