Putin to be vaccinated against coronavirus
Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his intention to be vaccinated against coronavirus on March 23,
“Vaccination is a voluntary choice of each person and an individual decision. By the way, I myself intend to do this [vaccination] tomorrow,” Putin said at a meeting on increasing the production of coronavirus vaccines.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Putin will be vaccinated with one of three Russian vaccines. However, he did not specify which jab the Russian president has chosen.
Peskov noted that Putin’s coronavirus vaccination will not be a public event.
