EU intends to produce over 400 million doses of coronavirus vaccines by mid-July

The European Union plans to produce 420,000,000 doses of coronavirus vaccines by mid-July, Internal Market Commissioner Thierry Breton, who heads the EU executive’s vaccine task force, told the LCI TV channel.

Report informs, citing TASS, that, according to Breton, by July 15, the EU will produce 420 million doses of coronavirus vaccine. The EU commissioner said it would suffice to ensure herd immunity.
