Zakharova: Time has come to launch “3+3” format on practical track

“Russia has supported the idea of creating a consultative, regional mechanism `3+3’ put forward by the presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan. We believe that the time has come to launch this format into a practical channel,” as the Russian bureau of Report informs, this was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova at a weekly briefing.

“We proceed from the premise that the `3+3’ format meets the interests of all states of the region,” she added.
