“Today I am saddened only by the fact that my father did not live to see this day. But I know that his soul is glad, like the souls of thousands, tens of thousands of forced migrants, who lived and died with longing for their homeland, who did not see the liberated lands, and the souls of our martyrs,” Report informs that President Ilham Aliyev said this, speaking at the Jidir Plain in Shusha on December 24.
