The Karabakh fighter who set himself on fire has died
Sabirabad district two days ago Execution Attempted suicide in front of the authorities 44 day war participant Elvin Jafarov died. His relatives informed about this. According to them, the former fighter died at night in the Republican Burn Center.
On July 11 MEDICINEfrom “Turan” was told that 70 percent of E. Jafarov’s body was burned and his condition was serious.
Relatives said that he resorted to suicide as a last resort due to carelessness and the cut off of his pension.
On July 11 Labor and Population Social Department head of the Ministry of Defense Fazil Talibov social reported in the media that E. Jafarov and his family members were provided with jobs, and a family farm was established within the framework of the self-employment program. It was noted that he was assigned the 3rd degree of disability, therefore he received the President’s monthly pension (300 manats) and monthly allowance (120 manats).
It was said that 11,000 manat was paid once to the family of E. Jafarov by “YASHAT” Foundation and “Azersigorta”.
It was not possible to learn the attitude of E. Jafarov’s family.
Some of the participants of the 44-day war are periodically ignored by the media complaint some of them either committed suicide or tried to commit suicide.
