The participants who successfully passed the selection stage will acquire theoretical knowledge by participating in the trainings organized by the bank’s professional employees during the 3-month internship program, and at the same time, they will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real work environment. In addition, monthly payments will be made to interns participating in the internship program.
