Head of Russian Chamber of Commerce: Russian business can contribute to development of Karabakh

Azerbaijan plays an important role in terms of both trade and relations with other countries and occupies a worthy place in the CIS family, said President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergei Katyrin, as quoted by Report‘s Russian bureau.

“Russia has special relations with Azerbaijan. This is our partner, whom we always treat with great respect and interest,” he said.

Commenting on the prospects for investment and business development in Karabakh, Katyrin noted that “there are a lot of free niches in Karabakh at this stage, so there will be many who want to fill them. Russian business is also no exception in this matter.”
